How to use a jack

Hydraulic jacks are widely used in bridge construction, railway construction and other projects because of their advantages of light weight and easy to carry. In addition to hydraulic jacks, there are common mechanical jacks. When using hydraulic jacks manually, the staff needs to strictly follow the precautions in the manual, and the lifting height and weight of the hydraulic jacks shall not exceed the load.

The small height should be consistent with the headroom at the bottom of the weight. When the sleeper supports heavy objects in the process of lifting, the lifting height of the hydraulic jack should be greater than the sum of the thickness of the sleeper and the deformation of the sleeper. If multiple hydraulic jacks are used to lift the same equipment, the same type of hydraulic jack should be selected.

The sum of the rated weight of each hydraulic jack shall not be less than 1.5 times the gravity of the equipment. The hydraulic jack should be wiped clean before use to check whether the components are sensitive and damaged. When there is a load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the parts.

Manual hydraulic jacks should be flat before use, can not tilt, the bottom should be flat, stop the foundation settlement or load offset, so that the hydraulic jack tilt or flip, can be placed at the bottom of the hydraulic jack tough pillow or steel plate, expand the pressure area, to avoid falling or sliding accidents; Do not use oil plate or steel plate as a pad to avoid force sliding and accidents; Heavy objects must be stable and sturdy parts to prevent equipment damage.
