Introduction to prestressed tensioning end anchorage and fixed end anchorage

Prestressed steel strand anchorage means anchorage for prestressed stretching and fixing. It is generally used for bridge construction, installation and positioning in advance, and then pouring concrete, buried at both ends of the concrete, that is, both ends of the bellows, mainly set for the stability effect of the jack when stretching. Steel prestressed anchors are anchorage devices used on concrete.

The position of the hole and the winding of the strand are the key points of quality control. The location of the hole is not accurate, which changes the stress state of the structure. If the elevation change section of the curve channel is not smooth, the friction resistance loss of the prestressed channel is large. Therefore, the accuracy of the hole location is directly related to whether the prestress of the construction is consistent with the prestress of the design, and has a deep impact on whether cracks will appear in the structure and engineering application stage. If multiple strands are wound together, the stress of each strand is not uniform during stretching, which increases the friction resistance between the strands and increases the prestress loss.

Prestressed anchors can be divided into two categories: a. Tension end anchors: installed at the end of the steel prestressed tendons, can be called prestressed anchors. In post-tensioned structures or members, it is used to maintain the tension of the prestressed tendons and transfer it to the mixed tension anchorage; b. Fixed end anchorage: installed at the end of the prestressed reinforcement, generally buried in concrete, do not need to pull the anchorage.

Commonly used is the anchor four sets: working anchor plate, working splint, anchor plate, spiral bar. This is supposed to be called a tension end. There are also P-type backing plate, extrusion sleeve, restraint ring, spiral rib. It's called a fixed end.
